Vice Principal – Operations - UAE (Ref: 3939)
We are working closely in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Government and their education reform programme. We are currently seeking to appoint Vice Principal – Operations to assist the principal in providing high quality leadership to the teaching team at Schools. The incumbent will hold responsibility for assisting the principal in organizing and fostering a positive, safe environment that is conducive to best meeting the needs of all learners, staff and parents, leading the implementation of strategies that support the teaching and learning team in the realization of the organization Mission.

Qualifications Required
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a Scientific Discipline, as well as a Master's degree in engineering, Math, Science, or Education. This combination of qualifications will ensure that the candidate has the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in this role.
Experience Needed
8 years of teaching experience
5 years in academic supervisory role
Experience with teacher support and/or Career Development Planning
Theories of Management and Finance
Laws governing School Administration
Principles of Supervision
Parent Teacher Association
