We are currently seeking to appoint Principal to help them to achieve their mission, goals and objectives and provide leadership to staff in schools including curriculum review and implementation; professional development; and ongoing staff evaluation. The principal collaborates and communicates regularly with the Director of Schools. Carry out the policies and directives of them.

A clear understanding of curriculum delivery, development and program evaluation, teaching methods, and
class observation
Demonstrated success working within a high performing educational institution

Philosophy and programming of high school level education
Effective discipline strategies and motivation
Child and adolescence growth and development
Learning assessment, diagnosis and research related to learning

Advanced training in Desktop Publishing software programs

Job Requirement
Applicants must have minimum a Master but preferred a PhD degree in in any Scientific Discipline OR in Engineering, Maths field and a teaching qualification/License and minimum of 10 years’ educational experience out of which 5 years working as a principal. Native English Speakers are preferred. Or IELTS certificate of band 7 is required. Candidate must demonstrate ability to enhance learning through effective integration of ICT into professional practice. All candidates must obtain the Equivalency certificate for their highest qualification/from the MOE, UAE. Local candidates (based in the UAE) should submit the Equivalency certificates before joining and overseas candidates have to submit the UAE attested certificates (High school, Bachelor & Master as applicable) before joining.
