Requirements:

Be a qualified English Teacher with appropriate teaching qualification and experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience post qualification.

A full working knowledge of IB Curriculum and its associated assessment practices   

Possess a strong focus on the pastoral care of children, understanding the balance between academic and social progress and support, as well as the ability to identify safeguarding concerns. 

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to both individual and collaborative professional development.
