Biochemistry Teachers (female) - Saudi Arabia (Ref: 3976)
We are currently seeking female Biochemistry Teachers for a group of international schools in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. If you have a bachelor's degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry or a related field, with a Masters or PGCE being a plus, we encourage you to apply. This position is for the American Pathway curriculum for grades 9-12, starting from August 2025.
They deliver the Cambridge International Curriculum to Saudi Arabian and international students, Grades KG – 12. The Early Years and Lower Primary curriculum is designed to nurture the holistic development of children aged 3 to 5 years. Rooted in the Cambridge Early Years framework, this program fosters curiosity, creativity, and essential skills, preparing young learners for seamless progression into Cambridge Primary. Their curriculum focuses on six key areas of early childhood development, providing a structured yet flexible approach to teaching and learning.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Applications are welcome from teachers with any background who have British/American experience, experience is International schools in GCC countries is preferable
2. Academic degree should ideally match your specialist subject or age group, have bachelor's in Science/Biology/Chemistry or related field (Masters, PGCE is a plus)
Responsibilities
As a Biochemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students in grades 9-12. You will create and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to promote academic growth. Additionally, you will participate in curriculum development and school events.
