Position: Team Leader (Client Relations)

This role is a supervisory role to drive the team and achieve individual revenue targets. This role is responsible for managing both revenue targets and service quality. The employee is responsible to make sure the Academy’s revenue goals are achieved.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or institute
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Strong background in handling teams and achieving revenue targets
• With at least 4 years relevant experience in this position, minimum of 3 years in team handling
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
• Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment
• Should have the expertise in managing the sales and handling bulk accounts.
• Motivate and drive the team to achieve their individual targets to earn incentives and achieve overall revenue and quality goals of the academy.
• Excellent communication in English (oral and written).
• Should possess a pleasing personality.
