Maths Teacher Opportunity in Costa Rica

It is an independent day school located in Costa Rica, Central America, they are offering academic levels from Early Years 1 (3-year-olds) up to Year 12 (12th Grade). As a guarantee to the Parents of the quality of its academic programmes and in order to fulfil its aim of offering an excellent education, it was decided from the beginning to offer the IGCSE and IB programmes in the Secondary School. Hence the curricula offered in the Upper Secondary levels have been developed by some of the most competent educational experts in the world at the University of Cambridge and the International Baccalaureate Curriculum and Assessment Office.

We are looking a qualified Maths teacher. The start date would be asap.

Qualifications Required

If you are a qualified Maths teacher with experience teaching Maths, and if you are certified in teaching, then this opportunity in Costa Rica might be perfect for you. Ideally, we are also looking for teachers who can teach IB Computer Studies/Science. While English/Spanish bilingual teachers are preferred, it is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Maths to students at an independent day school in Costa Rica. If you can also teach IB Computer Studies/Science, it would be an added advantage. The immediate vacancy covers 8th, 11th and 12th grades.
